I don't usually start watching baseball until after the all-star break once the pennant races heat up. Prior to the break I'm occupied with hockey and basketball playoffs which takes up most of my sports viewing time (I won't even mention racing, my favorite spectating sport.). In addition, baseball's ridiculous black out restrictions make following my favorite team, the Cardinals, somewhat difficult. With all of this being said, I officially tuned into baseball for the first time this season this past weekend. When I started the Cards were in first place. Since then they have lost 7 straight and have fallen into second. I think it's my fault. I'm gonna go back to not paying attention.
